Chad and Kim, owners of Factory 1 AZ, wanted to expand the Factory 1 products out to Arizona, so they opened a store off 91st Avenue in Peoria, to be a conveniently centralized location for all the epoxy installers on the west side of the valley and beyond. We are a small family run business, so with that, excellent customer service is our top priority. We also pride ourselves in selling high quality, competitively priced products made here in the USA.
